We have become aware that there is a Issue with one of our Data Centres where communication with our server has become intermittent.
We have dispatched an engineer to investigate and will update you shortly

Dear Customer,
Our engineer is currently in the data centre and has managed to get all services restored.
We are waiting for a full explanation of what the problem was however all services should now be up and running.
