Systems Installation/Maintenance Due to continued growth within V2V there is a vacancyfor a Systems/Maintenance Engineer
Ideally the candidate will be based within the Midlands with a clean driving license.This role will involve the installation and programming of Splicecom Maximiser,Hosted IP Telephony and Avaya IP Office telephone systems.The ability to work to deadlines and manage priorities in a flexible manner isessential.Candidates must have a minimum of two years experience in an installation roleand be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service.
Experience essential in:Networking and TCP/IP, Fault Finding on customers LAN and WANProgramming of Network SwitchesAvaya IP Office ACA certified preferred but candidates without will be consideredSplicecom Maximiser installation and MaintenanceProject Management SkillsGood Customer Service Skills
Training will be given to the right candidate with at least two ofthe above criteria being met
Responsibilities:
1. Site surveys & customer meetings
2. Cabling
3. Installation of telephone systems
4. Programming
5. Add-on engineering work
6.Technical Support Desk duties from time to time in the office
7. Support Sales team on new Installation requirements
Basic Package-
Company Car, Laptop, Mobile Phone and Salarydependant on experience.
