In order to scrutinise potentially illicit calls taking place we will actively monitor all your lines on a 24 hour basis. Should we detect any fraudulent activity our automated alerting system will contact you via e-mail advising you of potential misuse. This will avoid ongoing excessive charges being applied to your lines. We continually strive to offer our customers an exceptional level of service. We will be offering peace of mind from a little as a three pence a day
